On Tuesday we celebrated the first anniversary of the Kisongo Center by throwing a party!
The Kisongo Center opened on January 15, 2018. We started with 9 kids and have grown steadily every month. Today we have 35 children enrolled. They were all excited to eat chocolate cake.
The response of the community to the resource of daycare has been overwhelming. We are definitely doing a much needed project at the right time. It has been an honor to get to know these kids and their families over the last year.
I cannot wait to see what 2019 brings for Walk In Love.
